Weekly Classes

Description

Classes are designed to provide the education and motivation to help initiate small, healthy changes in our current behaviors and to develop new, permanent skills that will help us achieve our individual health goals. They cover healthy topics related to nutrition, exercise, stress management, longevity, etc. – and are always centered around the fundamentals of the Mediterranean diet and lifestyle.

Classes are virtual and are held live every week.  Class fees are paid on a monthly basis, due the first of every month and can be paid for per month or several months in advance.  Participants can cancel at any time.  No contract is required, and the first class is always free for new participants to sample the classes and see if it they are a good fit.

CURRENT CLASS SCHEDULE:  Thursdays, 5:30pm-6:30pm.
