Description

Meal Planning & Grocery Shopping Assistance Services:

• Home tours, virtual or in-person if possible, to assess current food purchases and supplies in home pantries, refrigerators, and freezers.
• Help families purchase foods and prepare healthier meals that are easy to prepare, are nutritionally balanced and taste great.
• In-person field trips (when possible) to local grocery stores to help select healthy options.
• Education on nutrition label reading and understanding the listed values and ingredients and how they affect the nutrition quality of products.
• Help with healthy dining out.
• Assistance with creating personal shopping lists.

Fees: $40 per 30-minute consult. $20 additional for each 15-minute extension.
